- Get a private 2 hour tour around the lake on a pontoon boat with Captain from the Mountain Lake Club. The lake is small at 55acres, but with no gas motors allowed (only electric) this is an amazing and peaceful experience, especially if you pair it with some wine during your tour! Price is only $125 (as with the rest of amenities we offer, we do not add on to the price, all proceeds go to the Mountain Lake Club).

- Convenient 110V outlet located in driveway for plugging in electric vehicles for charge (does not have 220 station, but will be coming, inquire for dates).
- Chickens, ducks, and occasionally turkeys live right on the property. Our young guests are welcome to learn to feed them with the help of our concierge who lives across the street from the property (or owners when we are nearby). We usually have fresh chicken and duck eggs available. We also have a family of Canadian geese that come every year to hatch and raise their babies right next to our dock, and they bring their babies for us to feed right off the kitchen deck.
- Please NOTE: Our concierge will access the exterior of the property on the South side of the house (under the kitchen area) once every 3 days to care for the chickens and ducks (we have automatic door openers and feeders). No access is needed inside the property, the chickens and ducks have their own protected area under a part of the house. The owner or concierge will communicate with you to determine the best time to care for the animals, and will only do so with your advance permission. Time on the property is less than 5 minutes every 3-4 days*****
- House 2nd Floor is two separate wings (not shared walls) so lots of privacy from one side of the house to the other

- Book a private chef to prepare an amazing meal for you, your family, and friends. The chef will work with you to develop a menu, shop for the ingredients, and prepare the meal using our gourmet kitchen.

- Traveling with children? Great! We can provide a Pack & Play with 2 sets of clean linen washed with Tide Free & Gentle laundry detergent. We can also provide a highchair and Baby Bouncer free of charge! Please let us know your needs in advance so that we can make these items available.
- We try think of and stock things you need, particularly when staying for multiple days. You will find laundry & dishwasher pods, bathroom and other tissues, makeup remover cloths, common cooking spices and everything needed in the kitchen for meals, all types of appliances such as rice cooker, toaster, ice maker, etc. If you come here and don’t find something you need, let us know and we’ll try to accommodate you!
- While we do provide a laundry room with 2023 Samsung front loading washer and dryer, as well as the supplies needed to do your own laundry, we recommend you take advantage of the same laundry service we use. Fresh Folded Laundry, LLC will pick your clothes up at your door, wash and fold them, and return to your door the following day. The prices are surprisingly affordable, and you are supposed to be on vacation!
